Have you always dreamed of an internship at a wonderful stable? We are a recognised training company and are always looking for interns who are eager to learn.
Droom Hoeve offers you the possibility to live in-house during your internship in one of our luxury apartments. And on top of that, it’s possible to bring your own horse!
Can you picture yourself waking up while overlooking the riding arena and working among our dream horses? Then come and join our team!
What will you do?
An internship day basically starts at 08:00 in the morning and ends +/- 17:00 in the afternoon. This also depends on the number of hours you have to achieve for school. In consultation, anything is possible, from one day internship a week to full-time.
During the internship period, typical duties include:
- Daily care of the horses
- Feeding
- Sweeping
- Cleaning work
- Bringing the horses inside and outside in the meadows, walker or paddocks
- Mucking out the stalls
- Saddling and grooming the horses
- Lunging (if sufficiently experienced)
- Grooming (if sufficiently experienced)
